No. The whole point is to enhance what you already have. We accept PPT, video, SCORM packages, PDFs, recorded calls, sales playbooks — whatever you have — and transform it into scored AI simulations. Your existing content stays the source of truth.

What kinds of training content can be converted into AI simulations?

Anything conversational or scenario-based: sales objection handling, performance feedback, customer escalation, onboarding scripts, leadership coaching dialogues, compliance scenarios. Pure-reference content (policies, product specs) is better as a knowledge check than a simulation.

Two weeks from signed engagement to deployable module — that is the commitment. The variable is how complete and clean your source content is on day one. We hit the two-week mark when source materials are usable on kickoff day.

Yes. We integrate via SCORM 1.2/2004 or LTI 1.3. Tested integrations include Articulate (Storyline 360, Rise), Cornerstone OnDemand, Docebo, SAP SuccessFactors, Workday Learning, and Moodle.

Scoring rubrics are explicit, human-authored, and shared with learners up front. The AI is constrained to the rubric. Edge cases are routed to human review. We do quarterly bias audits across demographic segments where the customer collects that data.

Do we need an Anthropic, OpenAI, or other LLM contract to use this?

No. We bring our own LLM contracts. You only need to provide source content and an LMS endpoint.

What happens to learner data? Where is it stored?

Conversation transcripts and scores are stored in a per-customer database in the US (DigitalOcean NYC by default; AWS regions on request for enterprise). We do not use customer data to train models. Retention is configurable per regulatory regime; default is 24 months.

Are you SOC 2 compliant?

We are SOC 2 Type 1 in progress (audit window 2026 Q3) and operate to SOC 2 controls in the interim. Enterprise customers can request our security questionnaire and DPA package.

Yes. Source content can be in any language; we have shipped simulations in Spanish, Portuguese, German, French, Japanese, Mandarin, and Thai. Scoring rubrics are translated and validated by a human reviewer fluent in the target language.

Synthesia and Vyond produce AI-generated video. We produce AI-driven interactive simulations: the learner has a conversation with a persona, not a one-way video. We often complement video tools — a Synthesia explainer for the concept, then our simulation for the practice.

Can we host the simulations on our own infrastructure?

Yes, on Enterprise tier. We deliver a containerized package that runs in your AWS, Azure, or on-prem environment. The LLM call is configurable to your provider (Bedrock, Azure OpenAI, etc.).

How long is the NDA in effect?

Two years from execution for confidentiality obligations; perpetual for trade secrets. The NDA is mutual.

Who owns the AI personas you create?

The customer owns the personas built specifically for their content. We retain rights to the underlying simulation engine and SCORM bridge. Personas are deliverables; the engine is licensed.
